My Research Interests
- Research Description
My work focuses on designing high throughput single cell genetic analysis systems. I am working to improve upon the microfabricated devices designed by Robert Blazej and Palani Kumaresan. The goal is bring Sanger sequencing to its ultimate level by miniaturizing and automating the sequencing pipeline, from library generation to fluorescent detection of DNA fragments.
